Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.
